I will work out to a Beachbody workout plan every day for 30 days.
I will drink Shakeology every day for 30 days.
I will log my workout into the SuperGym every day for 30 days.
I will post in 30 In 30 every day for 30 days.
I will post on my Facebook page every day for 30 days.
I will not eat fast food for 30 days.
I will not eat junk food for 30 days.
I will not drink soda for 30 days.
I will not drink sweetened drinks (except coffee or tea) for 30 days.
I will not eat high fat, high sodium or highly processed foods for 30 days.
