Be Careful What You Wish For

I’m bacccckkkkkkk!!

…And man alive I feel GOOD!

As I’m sure you’ve noticed I’ve been MIA for a couple weeks here on the blog. While I had many moments over the week in which I thought to myself, “Ahh! My blog! I haven’t updated it,” I had a very important lesson I had to learn, and I’m sure you’ll understand as you read on why I hadn’t posted anything during this time.

What was the lesson I had to learn? Quite simply, it was…

“Be careful what you wish for!”

You see, I got very sick with something that was [almost] like pneumonia. It was pretty dang bad and I attribute it largely to a “wish” I had made.

Allow me to take you on a journey back in time…

(Four and a half hours of sleep + Coffee + Lots of Endorphins and Dopamine going wild in my body by the way = a very quirky mood)

…Once upon a time in a land far, far away, I was working at the office of OneCoach. On this particular day of which we speak I was suddenly hit with the urgency to pick up a hard drive from someone’s house which had some important files I needed to upload at work. This person’s house happened to be the residence of two very close mentors of mine, Scott Demoulin and his wife Dallyce. Well, Scott had been out with pneumonia for a couple weeks now and was still quite ill. Having been on many dangerous quests and journeys in the past however, confronting a sick man with pneumonia was a trivial pursuit. Besides, I really wanted to see Scott and Dallyce! I love those two to death (that phrase sounds extremely morbid, anybody have a better one?)

I immediately took the long journey of about sixty seconds to drive from the office to their house. During the thirty to sixty minutes I spent with them (Scott went to rest after about 20!) we enjoyed some great conversation and bonding. Good quality time well spent! To me talking with those two (as well as a couple other mentors of mine) is one of the greatest pastimes there is.

Oddly I was somewhat jealous of Scott for being sick. Early in our conversation I said to him and Dallyce, “I wish I was sick or something for awhile so I could spend a bunch of time studying personal growth materials and learn!!” While I was partly kidding, I was actually very partly serious. I’d say about 35/65!

Scott immediately responded by saying, “Be careful what you wish for bud. The Universe might just grant it to you,” with Dallyce following up with another point on the same matter. As they said that I thought out loud, “Yea you’re right,” but at the same time a part of me simply took it with a grain of salt.

After some great conversation I headed back to the office. (and when I say great, that’s an understatement. Like I said, I absolutely love seeing, talking, being around…anything with Dallyce and Scott. I truly feel a very deep connection with them that scales into the spiritual realm — quite simply I see them as family)

The next day, from the time I woke up until about 4:45 in the afternoon, I was feeling absolutely fine, when suddenly…

**FWA-BAM!**

**Kung-Fu Punch to the Soul**

**Pow!**

“Ohhhh, I don’t feel so good.”

It was very odd. No slow trailing into feeling ill at all. Just suddenly out of nowhere I felt my energy drain out of me like someone just pulled the plug in a bathtub and let all the water out. My immediate thought was, “Ahhh crap,” as I visualized my meeting with Dallyce and Scott from the day before, my wish to be sick, and their response.

The next day, I was extremely sick. “I am so not going in to work,” I thought as I awoke in the morning.

For the entire next week (and a couple days) the illness remained! And I’m not just talking a little sick with the flu. We’re talking Pneumonia like symptons! Congestion, Cough, Exhaustion, etc.

Did I have time to study personal growth stuff like I wished? Oh yea! Absolutely! TONS of time!!

Did I have ANY motivation to? Not at all!

Sick + Exhausted + Not able to Eat Much + Sleeping a lot = Terrible Recipe for Motivation.

That week I did read a whole lot and actually went through an entire book Dallyce let me borrow: Spiritual Enlightenment by Jed Mckenna. Really an enlightening book (no pun intended!) [FYI, no I wasn’t “enlightened” after reading the book, and neither will you…but it is fantastic and I highly recommend it!]

The majority of my time though I watched a gang of television (Interpretation: Gang = A lot) , and I can tell you, I was really kicking myself for making that comment. I was however doing my best to realize that there was a lesson to be learned in all this and that really it was perfect for me to get sick as…

…the Universe works in perfect order and harmony, all the time, every time.

I won’t go into the details of my experiences during that week, other than that I was not my usual exuberant and positive self. But the week after being sick? Here I’m expecting to get back into the swing of things, but man was I in a total funk! I hardly had any motivation and was not productive in the least bit! While I was tempted to feel lousy at not being motivated…

…I was able to observe more or less the negative thoughts and emotions that my ego was tempted to cling to, and simply let them pass right through me…

I was accepting The Law of Rhythm.

The Law of Rhythm basically says: “Hey man, you’re gonna have your ups and downs. Just accept and flow with it bro. Chill.” Granted, that’s not to say you should get all excited thinking, “Oh great! the Law of Rhythm! Permission to watch six hours of television everyday, play Xbox and drink a bunch of booze! Tight.” NO! What are you thinking? (smack to your face). Saying it in another way is, “Strive to be productive. When there comes a day every now and then that you need a break, take it! You might find yourself super productive for months, and then suddenly not at all for a week or two. It’s okay! It’s the Law of Rhythm.”

If you’re spiritual, consider the saying, “Let go and let God.”

If you’re not spiritual, consider the saying…(hmmm, I really can’t think of one! What would you suggest? Leave a comment and let me know!)

If you’re a gangster, consider the saying, “Chill out dog.”

Anyhow! At the end of my “funk” week in which I was physically fine but mentally in a rut, I finally did a complete 180. All day Saturday (yep, the one that just past), I just chilled. I played Xbox ALL day letting the rest of the lack of motivation run it’s course through me. That entire day however, I had the intention that Sunday I would go gung ho on goal setting! And that’s exactly what I did.

Now, the goals I began creating and the “Life Blue Print” I began making are for another post at another time. And at this point I also won’t go into the exact plans for the entire week I made, or even how Monday (today), after my Sunday goal planning day was so amazingly “feel good” productive…

I will however share with you the big lesson I learned during this 3 week hiatus of mine, and the reminder that came to back it up. And that’s simply this:

“Be careful what you wish for.”

and

“Let go and let God.”

My friends, in my humble and spiritual opinion, God created the Universe. God created the Natural Laws. And one of them is the Law of Rhythm. Learn the Natural Laws of the Universe and use them. They were made for you…

…And yes, I really do me you.

To your every success,

–Sean

The Wooden Bowl

Earlier this afternoon I received a message from my Mom which I absolutely loved. It was a “forwarded,” e-mail which is something I usually don’t ‘absolutely love,’ however, this one had an especially touching story which I thought was perfect to share here at my blog. It’s called…

The Wooden Bowl

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and four-year old grandson.

The old man’s hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered. The family ate together at the table.

But the elderly grandfather’s shaky hands and failing sight made eating difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth. The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess.

“We must do something about Grandfather,” said the son. I’ve had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor.

So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner.

There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner. Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl.

When the family glanced in Grandfather’s direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone.

Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food.

The four-year-old watched it all in silence. One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweetly, “What are you making?”

Just as sweetly, the boy responded, “Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food from when I grow up.”

The four-year-old smiled and went back to work.

The words so struck the parents that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done.

That evening the husband took Grandfather’s hand and gently led him back to the family table.

For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family.

And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth got soiled.

Children are remarkably perceptive. Their eyes ever observe, their ears ever listen, and their minds ever process the messages they absorb. If they see us patiently provide a happy home atmosphere for family members, they will imitate that attitude for the rest of their lives.

Success Principles #1: Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life

After watching Jack Canfields presentation in the Teachers of the Secret, I knew I had to get his book The Success Principles. For one he has been someone I look up to and admire for years now, plus I heard that the Success Principles are astounding. The day after I watched Jack Canfield presentation (last Sunday), I purchased a copy of the Success Principles for both myself and my sister as well.

I immediately dedicated myself to not just reading through this book like any other title, but to spend a significant amount of time with it to absorb and fully immerse myself in the information. To accomplish this I’ve decided to spend 1 week per chapter, which means over a year reading the book since there’s 64 chapters, or 64 Success Principles. I’ll read the entire chapter in one day, review it everyday for the next week, and finally write an article about it at the end.

As we are at the conclusion of the first week, I’ll share with you the first Success Principle…

Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life

“You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change
the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind,
but you can change yourself.”

JIM ROHN

It’s very easy to blame people, circumstances, or what have you for the things that happen in your life: whether it be for the results you’re getting or not getting.

It was you however that decided not to leave early. It was you who didn’t rotate your tires. It was you who didn’t make sleep important enough to manage it into your busy schedule. It was you who allowed the person to piss you off. And it was you who took the job.

What’s the point in blaming?

Just last week someone told me that “blaming someone else for your problems at least makes you feel better.” Does it? Does it REALLY make you feel better? Next time you blame, ask yourself, “Is this making me feel better?”

He also tied the idea that blaming others makes you feel better to the point that blaming yourself isn’t going to do you any good. And for the 2nd point, I absolutely agree. I’m not saying you should start blaming yourself…because you are going to be feeling pretty crappy if you start blaming yourself for everything. Blaming yourself though, is not the point. Taking 100% Responsibility for Your Life doesn’t mean “start blaming yourself.” It’s not to become pessimistic. And it’s not to stifle you. It’s to help you realize that external events are not the cause of where you are in life. YOU are.

Still don’t see why that’s good?

Let’s look at a passage from The Success Principles:

“Taking one hundred percent responsibility means you acknowledge that you create everything that happens to you. It means you understand that you are the cause of all of your experience. If you want to be really successful, and I know you do, then you will have to give up blaming and complaining and take total responsibility for your life—that means all your results, both your successes and your failures. That is the prerequisite for creating a life of success. It is only by acknowledging that you have created everything up until now that you can take charge of creating the future you want.”

Taking 100% Responsibility for Your Life is not going to happen over night. And I’m not trying to give you the impression that I never create blame either. However, I am aware of the things I do, and more and more, if I do blame, I catch myself. You see, the only way to start changing your life is by becoming aware. Becoming aware of your own thoughts, becoming aware of the things you do, becoming aware of your reactions, becoming aware of your judgements, becoming fully aware. It takes time to recondition yourself. 95-98% of everything we do is HABIT. So of course, you’re not going to change over night. You can however make the commitment to yourself to start being aware of your thoughts, actions and reactions.

Before I wrap up this post, I’d like to summarize a few additional points from the first chapter of the Success Principles:

  1. You have to give up all your excuses.
  2. E + R = O — Event + Response = Outcome
  3. If you don’t like your outcomes, change your responses.
  4. Everything you experience today is the result of choices you have made in the past.
  5. If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep on getting what you’ve always got.
  6. You have to give up blaming.
  7. You have to give up complaining
  8. You either create or allow everything that happens to you.
  9. Pay Attention…Your Results Don’t Lie.

So that’s that. Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life and start to become aware of what you can create in your life.

Dream Big.

Teachers of the Secret Live: Inspirations from Jack Canfield (Part 3) — What are your Excuses?

What are your Excuses?

Often times when I speak of succeeding in life with people who don’t understand the Law of Attraction, the type of Success Principles that Jack Canfield lays out in his book, and other similar concepts, the words I speak seem to go straight over their head. Especially with those who don’t have big dreams anymore (I say anymore because more than likely they had them as a kid, but allowed them to die away). What I find quite often from these people are excuses. Excuses upon excuses on why success is not for them.

“I have kids…”

“I don’t have the time…”

“I’m not talented…”

“I don’t have enough money…”

What baffles me though is that most everyone knows the stories of people such as Helen Keller, a blind deaf girl who achieved much success in her life. Or how about Anne Sullivan, who was the person who shifted Kellers paradigm from quiet darkness to one of possibilities? Or how about Oprah Winfrey: born to a 13 year old woman, lived in rural poverty for the first 6 years of her life, abused and molested by three family members, sent to a juvenile detention home at age 13, and pregnant at 14 with the baby dying shortly after birth. All that trauma in her life, yet she is now considered by many sources, “the most influential woman in the world…”

I’d like to ask you…

What are your excuses?

Are you blind? Are you deaf? Were you abused or molested? Were you born into poverty? Did you go to juvenile hall? Did you get pregnant at an early age? Did you have a child die on you?

Oh wait, I know of an excuse that could hold you back…Perhaps you were born with no legs and no arms? Now surely that would stop you from achieving success wouldn’t it?

It didn’t stop Mattie Christiansen, an 11 year old pitcher with no limbs past his elbows or knees. Through the use of prosthetics he took his little league team to the New York State Finals. In Jack Canfields presentation, Jack shared what Mattie said to him: “It’s not a problem Jack…It’s a challenge. Something to be solved. You have to look for a solution.”

I ask again, What are your Excuses?

Let’s look at one more person with no arms and no legs…

…Kyle Maynard: Here’s a Wrestling Champion from Georgia who enjoys life, hangs out and has fun like any other person, can write better than a lot of people with two hands, and can type 50 words per minute. Want to be blown away? Watch the video below.

So one last time, I’d like to ask you…

…What are your excuses?

Teachers of the Secret Live: Inspirations from Jack Canfield (Part 2)

In Jack Canfield’s hour and a half presentation in the “Masters of the Secret” seminar, he said quite a few profound things. So many in fact that I just can’t seem to fit it all in just one or two articles! Thus I’ve decided to make this week “Jack Canfield week!” I will dedicate each of the following posts of the series to one specific profound item I picked up from him.

Today’s profound statement is a saying by Thomas Edison:

“When your Vocation becomes your Vacation, then your life gets to be really exciting.”

Jack went on to say regarding that, “If you don’t get up excited in the morning for what you do, then it’s the universe telling you you’re in the wrong place!”

I fully and completely subscribe to this belief. A lot of people believe that to achieve happiness, they need to work hard, earn money, and then they’ll be able to afford their happiness. They’ll be able to relax once they have money. They’ll be able to enjoy life. They’ll be able to give to others.

That formula though is completely mixed up! If you want to be successful (and when I say successful I don’t mean merely financial wealth…I’m speaking of your health, spirituality, relationships, career, etc.) than you have to become happy NOW! You need to either make a decision to love what it is you do and give it your all, or to get the hell out of there and do something else! You need to figure out what your life’s purpose is.

How do you discover your real purpose in life? Steve Pavlina wrote a great blog on that very subject titled, “How to discover your life purpose in about 20 minutes.” I highly recommend you check it out and do the exercise.

In tomorrows Inspirations from Jack Canfield Series, I’ll be talking about people with no arms or legs!!

Teachers of the Secret Live: Inspirations from Jack Canfield

On Saturday afternoon I watched on DVD Jack Canfields presentation at the seminar “Teachers of the Secret Live,” which was absolutely inspiring…

A Quick Bio:

If you don’t know who Jack Canfield is, then there’s a slight possibility you’ve been Jack Canfieldliving under a rock for the last several years. Jack Canfield is the originator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series which has sold over 100 million copies, in over 54 languages, and made into over 105 different versions (Chicken Soup for the Soul, Chicken Soup for the Surviving Soul, Chicken Soup for the Grieving Soul, etc.). He was also one of the driving forces behind the widely popular movie, The Secret. Jack has appeared on the Today Show, Larry King Live, Oprah, over 1,000 radio and television programs, and much more. His latest best selling book is “The Success Principles,”.

Never Give up on your Dream!

Jack’s presentation revolved around his Success Principles which in it’s entirety, contains 64 Principles for Success. He began by saying…

“Never give up on your dream!”

…Sometimes it takes longer to achieve it than you think. He explained that success is like knowing the combination to a lock: It doesn’t matter the race you were born into, the color of your skin, how tall you are…It doesn’t matter WHO you are period. Anyone can open up a lock. As long as you have the right combination, the lock has to open. Generally though people wander around aimlessly in life with ideas of what they would like to have, but with the assumption that it’s for someone else. Or the assumption that it’s impossible to achieve.

How is it that there are millionaires who if stripped of all their money, could achieve success within a few years from being broke? Take Donald Trump for example…here’s a guy who was once $900 million dollars in debt, yet somehow he bounced back! How? It’s because he knows there’s a formula for success, and he worked it.

For some reason though many people think that “Success,” is for someone else. A best selling book is for someone else to write. A #1 song is for someone else to create. A blockbuster hit movie is for someone else to star in. It’s always someone else. But why? Is it luck?

I’d like to offer that it’s Belief and Persistence. If you’ve ever done any studying of successful people, you’ll find that belief and persistence are in all of their formulas. Don’t believe me? Go pick up a copy of “Think and Grow Rich.” Napoleon hill wrote that book in 1937 after a 20 year study of over 500 successful people. Throughout the book there are examples of successful people who had the combination to the lock, and were able to achieve success because of it. And no, were not talking about people who had “great” circumstances. We’re talking about people who were broke, grew up in broken homes, were blind, etc. They understand as Benjamin Disraeli once said, “Man is not the creature of circumstances; circumstances are the creatures of men.”

In my next post, we’ll dive a little deeper into some of the specific Success Principles Jack Canfield shared in his presentation…

11 Miscellaneous Teachings of John Assaraf from a Live Having it All Challenge Call

This evening we had a great call with the Having it All Challenge members. During the call I sat with John Assaraf in his office as I diligently took notes. The call was the first one for this months theme: ‘Review & Progress’. It kicks off our 6th and final month of the Having it All Challenge. Below are some of the highlights of the call: the 11 Miscellaneous Teachings of John Assaraf.

  1. The power of meditation! As you meditate you become more focused and enter into a hyper aware state in which your brain speeds up, but your body slows down. That moment when you’re in the quantum field and space is the best time to send the intention of what you want to create! You release the ego and the “me” state and join the larger field of consciousness where you’re one with everything and are able to broadcast your intention in that way!
  2. What has to happen now for you to continue implementing your new life? Your new way of thinking? Your new skills and your new strategies? How can you keep moving forward every single day? No matter what, focus on the goal and what you really want. Focus on why you want to achieve it and why you are passionate about it.

  3. When you start out each day, be grateful!
  4. The more you can become congruent in what you believe, the faster you will manifest success.
  5. Everything that happens in the Universe is always perfect.
  6. Nature is always on time everytime.
  7. When you learn that you are affecting the nature of reality, nature opens its richest to you.
  8. If you went to bed and you had a phenomenal dream: the best sex, the best jet, your own private jet, etc. you would wake up the next morning and think, “Holy smokes!” After a week or two though you would start thinking, “Could I please have something different!?” God gave us the gift of mystery! Life is all about the mystery, not the knowing.
  9. Our past is not a hitching post, it’s a guiding post!
  10. Your unconscious mind picks up all the information around you up until half a second before you get it consciously. When you train the brain properly it sends signals to that area of the brain and you begin to pay attention immediately! Your intention causes you to pay attention.

  11. When you feel your life has meaning and that you have purpose, there’s no better joy than that!

    Proud Mentors, Proud Student

Writing about my experience at the Having it All Challenge Live event on Thursday and the Mind, Marketing and Millions conference Friday-Sunday is proving to be a very difficult task. There were just so many great experiences that I can’t seem to find where to start. I’ve already written and re-written about it but keep finding myself saying that everything was amazing!

The Having it All event was spent with 48 members who joined in late August who have become very close over the last few months through our online forums and weekly calls. Speaking throughout the day were John Assaraf, Scott DeMoulin and Shore Slocum.

To say that the energy level was high at this event would be a complete understatement. I mean, I’m generally pretty dang energetic…but holy crap! There was so much synergy among everyone that my energy level was through the roof and I could hardly contain myself! The vibration was just at an incredible high.

For me it was one of the major high points of the Challenge to be able to see all these people I’ve developed such strong bonds with. An incredible pleasure.

After the event we all went to John Assaraf’s house for a cocktail party. Everyone thought that only the 6 “Winners” of the challenge would be going to his house…however it turned out everyone was invited! They were ecstatic.

As the night came to a close for the majority of the HIA members, a small group had the opportunity to go out to dinner with John, Shore and Murray Smith (John’s business partner). The small group included the 6 winners of the Having it All Challenge, and one staff member…me!

For me this was one of the most enjoyable evenings I’ve had in a very long time! It was filled with bonding, story telling and gratitude.

…you’re probably dieing to know the specifics of everything…and really I’d love to share it. But man, looking back on the last few days I honestly don’t know where to start! It’s all very overwhelming really. In fact I learned that for the future, I need to keep a journal of these events that I write ON the same day.

I am so happy. So incredibly happy to be where I’m at in life right now. It’s an amazing place.

At the very end of the entire event, including “Mind, Marketing and Millions,” I had three amazing compliments by three amazing people one right after the other:

    1. John giving me a big hug and telling me how proud he is of me and all my growth.
    2. Scott telling me, “you’ll be there…” (meaning I’ll achieve all the success I’m going after)
    3. And Murray Smith saying, “You’re part of our Village now…” (referring to my answer to John’s question at dinner, “what are you grateful for?” : “I’m grateful for all the mentors I’ve had throughout my life, and for the great mentors I have now. I truly believe in the African proverb, “It takes a whole village to raise one child…” and believe that’s the way I’ve grown up, and am still growing…”)

Words can not express how much I cherish and love my mentors…

    Amazing Events

This week has been filled with some amazing things. I can’t report on them now as I’m still in the midst of them. But here they are in a nutshell:

    • The Having it All Challenge Live Event: Meeting the 48 other people I joined the challenge with. Hearing 3 amazing great speakers: John Assaraf & scott DeMoulin (my two very close mentors) and Shore Slocum.
    • Cocktail Party at John Assaraf’s house.
    • Dinner with the 6 Having it All Challenge Winners, John Assaraf, Murray Smith, and Shore Slocum.
    • Mind Marketing and Millions Weekend.
    • The Mentalist

I can’t wait to share it!

    Cycle of Reciprocation

I’ve got to tell you, when I saw one of the comments on my January 1st posting, I felt goooooood! And I mean reeaaal goood!

The blog was titled “Paper! Paper! Read all about it! The Law of Reciprocity in broad daylight!”

Be sure to read it to better understand the magnitude of this law. To give it to you in a nut shell though, I discussed how…

    • I went from the idea of donating some money
    • To taking action on it
    • To having what I gave come back to me
    • And how it affected a multitude of people.

    And it was only $1!!!

After writing that blog I decided to print it off and give it to the person who it revolved around. If you read it, you’ll know that I only see the person for a short period of time. We’re talking anywhere from 3 seconds to a minute and a half as he is located on the island of a left turn signal as he sells newspapers. Last week when I was approaching the intersection, the light had turned green just as I arrived! I quickly leaned out and said, “Hey check this blog out! It’s about you!” With a smile and what appeared to be a little bit of shock, he took it and thanked me as I drove off.

Since then I haven’t seen him…but this afternoon, I received a comment on my blog from Colleen that made my day:

    “Hey Sean,

I am a staff member at Alpha Project/Casa Raphael. I work very closely with the newspaper hawkers (I even show them “The Secret” at the start of their treatment)and I wanted to express to you that the ripple effect of giving in this case, is TRULY life changing!

    Thank you for your support.”

I wish I could have caught on camera how my face lit up when I saw that comment! I felt SOO good!

So let’s review the process of this cycle of Reciprocation:

    1. Idea to give
    2. Action
    3. Received back
    4. Idea to write a blog
    5. Action
    6. Idea to give the blog to the person I originally gave to.
    7. Action
    8. Received comment back.

And that’s only on my end! What happened among the other people it’s reached? Or others who their energetic vibration touched?

Let’s run an experiment shall we?

In one day, see how many people you can give to! Whether it be by buying the next person in line at starbucks a coffee, giving your neighbor a hug or telling someone they look great…do it!

We’ve sort of engrained in ourselves the notion, “Think before you act.” And at times, in certain scenarios, that’s good. But in many cases, we really should live by, “Act before you think.” Have you ever had the thought of doing something nice for someone, only to talk yourself out of it? Instead of thinking through these ideas, as Nike says, Just do it. Express that love you have. And once you do, open your heart to see in how many ways it comes back.

Be sure to share how it goes! I would love to hear your results from your random acts of kindness. Just click the comments links below and share the news!

    Enjoy!

    –Sean
